condensation on vents and not cooling 100%
I live near Houston, Texas and it was VERY hot here today. The AC in my house addition (a 400 sq ft single room attached to the back of the house) has been working fine until this evening. It is now 80 degrees in here (for about 3 hours) and there is some condensation on the vents as well the plenum (sp?). The temperature on the plenum feels cool as does the air from the vent, but obviously not cool enough.
Can anyone venture a guess as to what may be the issue here? The condensation on the vents has me a bit concerned because I have never seen that before.
Thanks in advance for any help.
