Sometimes, reps inject heir own personal opinions in those classes also.

Yea but I also think it is up to the tech to do his own research just so a tech can be certain that the information he recieves is accurate and true.But thanks.

if as techs, we don't find out if the info is correct.
Then we walk around misguided, and end up saying, " I've been doing it this way for 20 years".
And then someone else will say, "then its about time you learn how to do it right".

It is our job to find out whats right, and whats wrong.
Our customers depend on us to know.
