Trane Comfort-R & CFM Setting

I've seen the note on the Comfort-R guide that recommends against enabling Comfort-R if the cooling CFM/ton is below 400. Can anyone explain why?

I'm going to take a guess and say that there would be a potential for the evap coil freezing up because of insufficient air flow.

I was assuming that it had something to do with the coil freezing or pressures or something....but the fact that it was a "recommendation" instead of a "you shouldn't do this" made we wonder if it's actually about efficiency or something else. :-)
