Cinco De Marxo
i noticed a strange cover-up going on in the media.
i heard last month , the media said Karl Marx's birthday is in March.
i thought "uh oh, i made a big mistake" because i made a post similar to this one last year.
Karl Marx IS listed as being born on May 5th.
he died in March.
it seems the media is trying to confuse the two dates so people don't easily make the connection that they are now celebrating his birthday on May 5th, AKA Cinco De Mayo.
even my father who is pro-Democrat, pro-Communist, thought Marx was born in March.
Americans now celebrate Karl Marx's birthday on may 5th, and Lennin's birthday on "Earth Day".
people in our government insist on honoring two people who started the largest mass-murder in world history.
oh well, you know what they say, the truth is stranger than fiction.
BTW i also saw on the net, people are upset that Obama started his campaign on May 5th
Mountains out of molehills....

Yea, he was born may 5th... you can go to google books or the gutenberg project and type in the appropriate keywords and find books from the early 19th century that state that..... so.... the conspiracy has either been going on for 100 years or so...... or people were just mistaken in thinking that at one time his birth date was in march.....
Can also check his grave markers.... there are two of them....both with the same dates.
Cinco de mayo..... wonder what kind of sinister motive anyone would have in trying to change his date of birth to coincide with some ignorant mexican holiday that has no significance to any american...... except the yokels down in texas.....who are slowly being assimilated into mexican culture.....lol
Well corny as far as birthdays go the best is yet to come this month. LOL
Except for one small region in central Mexico, Cinco de Mayo isn't even of any significance in 80%+ of Mexico.

a very small battle where Mexico temporarly beat back France.
Mexicans celebrate thier independence day in September, not May 5th.
the more important reason the American government wants to celebrate it is because the Mexicans helped blockade supplies to the Confederacy.
but the excuses are flimsy, it's Karl Marx's birthday
I would say that the government and the commies/socialists/whatever..... have nothing to do with it and that it gained popularity in america due to the people wanting another excuse to throw some sort of summer party or wing ding...

What is IMO important is for as many Americans as possible to realize this and not trust much of what they say. Better yet would be serious distrust of all polecats. Make them accountable whenever they open their mouths... Would be truly interesting if they had to watch their backsides more than their bank accounts and careers.
Cinco De Drinko,a grand holiday!:grin2:
