If it is vacated I would interpret that to mean the regional furnace standards won't happen. But I sure can't find anything anywhere to confirm that. We have to be careful bringing up the enemy magazine, but I found nothing on their site to confirm it or on DOE's site.
I know me neither. I have them on my facebook page and that was what they posted nothing really detailed.
Sure would be nice.
