you'd be surprised how well a building holds it'self together....amazing the amount of material that can be removed without....uhhh....catastrophic failure!!LOL!!

We had a new hire cut 2 - square 24"wx12"h holes out of tgi webbing in a few joists! Had to call in engineer and cost us over 7k to repair. 10 years installation experience my ass.Quote:
