People with BIG $$$, who want to hide it, could care less the politics of the folks hiding it for them.
And socialists are easier to control than capitalists.

I'm not an expert and I'm not sure I understand your question. But I know you have to at least file a return to get a refund. And I'm pretty sure the IRS will acutally pay you a nominal interest rate if they owe you a back refund. But if you owe the government money or there is a judgment against you, they can certainly keep your refund and go right into any bank account in your name and take whatever they feel you owe.
I do not question Romney's experience compared to Obama’s. I am merely stating that if Romney did what Bloomberg says what was legal to do pre 1997 then I feel he is too unethical to be president.
The focus is off Romney now and he will never have to release his taxes. So we will never know.
Romney could have released portions of his taxes that cleared this question up, but chose not to. That is suspicious to me. When you run for president you are supposed to reveal who you are. What is it with Romney and Obama that won’t do this?
Democrats and Republicans should not take this stonewalling from their candidates. Just because they are better than the next guy doesn't make them good for the nation.
It'll be interesting to see if Romney releases his tax returns now that the election is over...
Brian, when I hear someone who supports a crooked creep like BHO question the integrity of anyone else... it makes me laugh.
BHO, a person who will not explain the following:
Their birth status,
Their college status,
Their citizenship status in youth,
Their TRUE faith,
Their former pastor,
Their association with known domestic terrorists (Bill Ayers)...
And the one who willfully ignores all this... will point a finger at someone else who does not want the public digging through their private financial records...
Let me ask you a question: Have you EVER learned something by making a mistake? If you own a business, I can GUARANTEE you have. So lessee how this works:
You are running for public office and your opponent has nothing to justify why THEY are better than you... So what to do:
Go dig up whatever dirt they can find on you, and parade it around like the gospel of Christ.
Sadly, what happens is this 'smut marketing' approach is more appealing than boring and complicated economic TRUTH... so it is easy to divert small minds to the smut.
Now tell me again: When the issue at hand is cleaning up a MIS-MANAGED large organization?
Would someone VOLUNTARILY vote for a candidate who has nothing more to their credit than smut marketing...
When the other person is a PROVEN successful manager of HUGE organizations.
I think this is just not clear nor smart thinking... I remember threads in the past of a GC complaining their business was not working... Well one has to think clearly to make a business run...
Do we have a connection here?
You see... we have to let go of what 'FEELS' good, to make clear decisions as to what "IS' right. There is a difference. Children live out of their feelings, adults choose (yes, it is a choice... many times a difficult choice) to make rational decisions. And it does not take a rocket-scientist to see the results of living out of one's feelings, and making hard yet correct decisions. Again, it is a choice.
Yep, know all about it. Things just keep getting BETTER!
I have repositioned my stocks to take full advantage of things getting better, and so far it is working. I increased holdings in stocks related to housing, industrials, financials and tech.cut down on utilities and other high dividend payers that are bought for safety.I also bought Europe,I think they will be out of recession this year.
Some of my best stocks are the financials,Goldman Sachs,MasterCard ,Key corp.GS reported blow out numbers two days ago up $10 since. It was $115 a few weeks ago now $145,I think it will go to $180. They are making a ton of money with the low interest rates.
