Have no idea what I'm doing changing out thermostats and need help please.

OK, Got a new Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 Model # TH8320U1008 7day 3/h 2/c thermostat, going to swap out our old Trane thermostat and I'm not sure what wire goes where.
This is a Trane Heat pump unit with auxiliary heat. I thought it would have the same letters as the old one but it does not. Please look at the attached pictures and help me please.

The top picture is our current thermostat. Please let me know the correct placement for the old wires to the new thermostat.

BLUE =
RED =
WHITE =
YELLOW =
BROWN =
ORANGE =
GREEN =

If you can't read the maual and trace the wires its over your head call a PRO!

We are not allowed to tell you how to wire it on this forum, but I will say this.
NO NOT connect the blue wire on the B terminal of the old thermostat to the B terminal on the new thermostat. They are not the same, and it could damage your equipment.

This would be my best guess:

BLUE = C
RED = R
WHITE = L
YELLOW = Y
BROWN = Aux/E
ORANGE = O/B
GREEN = G

I just got 2 Ecobee thermostats, they are fantastic. Love seeing operation report graphs. Recommend you consider returning the Honeywell.

I read the manual and the wiring is completely different on this old thermostat.

The old one is a Trane XT500C Model TAYSTAT500C.
