Watching Dem Convention
Waiting on Slick Willie to tell us how good the 90s were.
Keep getting images of fat women on my screen. Hmmmm. Horizontal must be going out.
So far of what I can make of it, after watching for about an hour, is a bowl shaped stadium occupied by useful idiots (google it) and a handful of intellectually dishonest politicians.
Notes to self:
Beer guy on there saying how good business is. That makes sense.
Next Carmax CEO on now. Who can afford a new car you nitwit, of course your business is good. What next, trial lawyers symposium.
Now for Biden chants. We saved GM and Chrysler and killed Osama. GM still owes 54 billion and won't be able to pay it back. Osama doesn't owe anything except lost lives.
Ohhh, Big applause for an union auto worker. Probably most of the audience in union. She just said that GMpaid back the gov't loans. HMMMM true or false.
March 8, 2012
Despite the rebound of the onetime car manufacturer giant, the current position of General Motors (GM) is an illusion as to its overall financial stability.
Riding the heels of its $52 billion bailout funded by the United States taxpayers, General Motors reported $7.6 billion in profit for 2011. This reported profit comes on the heels of $3 billion in profit in 2010.
This record rebound from bankruptcy was in large part due to General Motors trimming labor contracts and its closing of plants that manufactured some of GM's less popular brands, such as the now obsolete Saturn. As a result, General Motors was able to enjoy record profits not seen since 1997 despite its sales numbers failing to reach pre-recession levels.
In spite of these profits, taxpayers remain responsible for nearly $26 billion that General Motors still owes. As a result of this debt, General Motors is under increasing stress to expand its profitability in rapid fashion to allow it to reach the $50 per share threshold that will allow it to pay the United States government back.
Awww, guy got laid off by Romney from American Pad and Paper. Hmmm. Has he heard of ATMs (Obama) and sticky notes. There is something called a computer that may have led to his jobs demise. Hell my wife was laid off from the newspapers. _ _it Happens.
I am getting bored. Hey there is Al Frankin picking his nose. hehe
Debt Clock. Where is theirs?
Ahh when Clinton had a "PROJECTED" surplus. .............. got to watch the wording of these lying wordsmiths.
This representative is whining about the debt like they didn't have 2 un obstructed years to balance the budget. Obamas budget plan???? Really????? The Dems wouldn't even vote for it. HAHAHAHAHAHA
Oh here is comes Granny over the cliff......
I have got to adjust that horizontal_____

Another drone. A little thinner though. TV horizontal is OK.
