If I remember right its a 20,000 btu/hour copeland, but I'll check tomorrow for you
What's the model number of the machine?
The Q1300 has a Copeland CS20K6E, but if you need to get a replacement compressor, you should always use the ones from Manitowoc.
According to Jon Bailey, an HVAC-Talk member and tech service training manager for Manitowoc, the bill of material numbers will be different from those you'd find at the supply house because they have Copeland make a few changes...including beefier valves and bearings as I recall.

I could not have said it better myself. We are not just trying to sell you compressors at a higher price. We are trying to save you a headache. An off the shelf may even work ok for a few months but because ice machines have an 'agressive' harvest cycle the compressors have to be 'beefed' up from the normal spec.

I agree with you: use the matching head and condenser pair-up.
But that wasn't my call. Apparently it was all bought and installed as: used; almost new. <g>
Someone installed a 3 HP Trenton condensing unit as the Manitowoc remote condenser and the compressor either failed or maybe the condensing unit was a "rebuild" with a 2 HP compressor stuck in it. <g>
"sometimes it makes ice - but not now" was the customer's summation. <g>
I told them that I would only work on it against an upfront retainer. When that shows up I'll find out more.

Which is exactly how they found me. Whoever they called first said; WTF; over?
Several people later somebody said: I know a guy . . .
But it's nightmarish to start with, they really need a smaller head or a larger condensing unit, and I'm not dying to do it anyway. I'm mostly trying to free up my schedule so I can run down to Florida and buy a house.

Wait, so is this a CVD unit? or a remote that someone hacked together to try to make a CVD unit? CVD units are hard enough with a matching condensing unit, but some random hacked-together piece of equipment would be something I would not touch. Quote them a new machine and leave it at that would be my course of action
