This is what a turd polish / tune up should look like on a condenser in my opinion. I know alot of techs will throw some coil cleaner on the condenser, wash it off within 1 minute, throw their gauges on and be on their way, without taking time to clean the crap out of the unit. When doing tune ups I refer to one rule, Would I do it like this in my own home? The funny thing is, as I was cleaning the units, the condenser next to this one had a black widow in it. So I said F' that and just cleaned the coil without reaching in it. Lol.:angel:

you need to write that unit up as unsafe to service, since some jack@@@ stuck the control compartment in the corner

Haha if you're talking about the disconnect it runs through a wooden fence and then back up a brick wall on the other side of the fence.

I think he was referring to: How could you ever reach around to troubleshoot the contactor relay on that unit? Kick the fence down? A building permit for the fence installation could've caught that before the fence installer counted his profit and ran like hell.
