I like to lay strut ontop of the other strut running the length of the furnace, coil and filterbox. Keeps things from sagging, which will eventually happen.
That's a big coil.
There's no supply air or venting. Thats against code you know:LOL:
Also, from a service point-of-view, that condenser is pretty close to that wall!
You know I dont think the unistrut is ever going to sag. It looks like it is the 1 1/2 think strut. But I could never understand as to why everybody always has the strut open on the bottom. If it is open on top it makes it a lot easyer to raise and lower as needed. Also the flanges you used to the bottom of the joist's. I like to use sideways sammys halfway up the side of the joist. Wheres the saftey pan?
So far, so good. A few Coors might just help it along......
