Have you grounded your machine properly? Don’t uninstall anything before the manitowac service engineers come there. If you perceive the problem still, just switch off the machine and wait for them. It is the best idea.

I think every indigo. At least all that I have installed and serviced IY is the designation for all the taco bells. Is just a little flap at the bottom of the evap used to be on the IBs and I think some qmQ module machines

Ah got yah! Haven't dealt with any of the free standing machine, lots of IY (on a Pepsi machine) put in around 50 had issues with about 3 dampers very strange issue. I think it actually had to do with the dispenser pushing ice into the dampers and damaging them. Manitowoc recommends filing the one end but I have one that still gives me the occasional problem.

Did you removed all the packing material? If you didn't,that might be the source of the problem.
Wiz, the dual or twin and quad evaps have this kind of set up. The twin s series had them too. Take a look at a Taco Bell unit.
Also the BRAND new 48" Indigos have a damper set up and not a water curtain.

Lowtemp,
Were you able to contact Manitowoc's technical service dept and find the solution to the problem of "ice full"? I would love to know the answer.
