New Installation Ductwork and all

Hello, I was wondering what air handler was the right setup to a Carrier 24anb736A003 (A/C only). I was told 2 different units looking through a couple of estimates I got and now I'm confused. I'm looking to get a 17 SEER to qualify for the rebate in my county. I was told the FV4CNB003T is the match, but also told FV4ANS03T was the match. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Perhaps I should add additional info: this is for a 1.5 story house (Cape). I have the attic room. 9 ducts 1 return. Is there anything else I'm missing? I really just wanted to know about the the best available/compatable air handler.
