Sounds like they may be getting to the root of the problem. Youll find that outside of setbacks than, you probably dont even need more than low stage other than for a few hours on the coldest days.

IT'S FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Saturday, they installed a new limit switch. Got a system malfunction on Sunday, early morning. I lowered the thermostat to 68 so as to not stress the furnance and the new limit switch.
On Wednesday, they replaced the blower motor. BINGO. Everything works great now. The temperature inside the furnace on max heat via probe reading is around 155 and that's with the humidifier bypass damper open and the new vent that was installed just above the A/C coil for heat relief completely closed. Static pressure is now 0.61.
I am so happy its working finally. Thanks to everyone here who read and responded to my saga. Having additional input on the situation really helped.
I wonder if the bypass humidifier is bypassing too much air. On some you can adjust the damper to reduce flow. I agree that 135F should be max. Something still doesn't seem right. Gas pressure/Overfired?
