TCONT402 Questions

I'm considering the TCONT402 for one thing to achieve 35% continuous fan operation.

Hopefully answers can be generically answered so as to not be DIY.

Maybe this is a good way to ask this question hopefully....
I don't understand whether I would have the option to use Comfort-R on my furnace (if I have installer set it up this way) ... & still have the option available to me on TCONT402 to utilize 35% continuous fan operation?

Or, in order to have 35% continuous fan operation available, is it instead necessary to use a VS Profile from TCONT402 versus Comfort-R on my furnace?
