I've heard you guys in Europe have all hydronic heating. What about a/c? Mini splits?

In France there are some split systems but they're used to cooling most part of time. Split systems has not enough power when the temperature outside is cold...
The answer to your first question is probably because it costs more. Even though the best comfort and efficiency are possible with hydronics people buy whatever is cheap here.Quote:
