Good evening all,
I would appreciate any information regarding reliability of a Tempstar T8DML050B12A furnace. Specifically if this would be a recommended unit for an approximate 1650 sf house in CA. The first contractor is making this recommendation based on his calculations. I undertand this would be a 50K BTU rated unit. ALso, is there a formula one can apply to at least verify the figures to be in the ballpark, and the contractor is not over/under sizing the furnace? Thanks for your replies. JP
