I am trying to connect an Alerton BACtalk system into A JCI M5 workstation. I used Site Builder to discover the Alerton devices and that worked fine. I can view everything with M-Explorer. The problem I am having is getting the alarms to come through to M-Alarm. The only alarms that have passed through are if a Alerton device goes offline. I cannot get anything else to alarm, (ie high temp, status alarm, ect..). Any help would be greater appreciated.
