My work has a Taylor C602 Soft Serve machine that is making the shake side to soft to serve, the manual says when that happens the syrups need calberated, but have done that 3 times, but haven't changed the thickness of the shake side.
The air filter is cleaned, the condenser coil is clean, scraper blades look close to new, there is a minmum 3" air space on all sides, and they have not outdrawn the capacity of the freezing cylinder.
Just wondering on what else there is that can be done to figure out what is going on with the machine.
