if it were me, and it has been, i'd go to court. i wouldnt go thinking i was going to beat the ticket, but i would go to get the ticket to be fine and penalties only forget about the points. they do that round here. the points are the killer as far as the insurance rates and all that go.

Reminds me of a party we were at and my brother decided to walk home to avoid a dui. He got a public intoxication ticket instead for staggering down the sidewalk. Still cheaper and safer

Crime doesn't pay! Neither does breaking the law for your "Boss"!
Wow!! Are you anywhere near the academy in Springfield? If so, you might as well figure out how you're going to get that extra money, also figure in court costs, unless you got a break and can pay it before hand. Those troopers down there don't let anyone catch a break, that includes local authorities.
You got 2 chances that your wife is going to pay it. "Slim and No" This time of the year the State troopers pretty much leave us tradesmen alone. They have all these New Jersey skiers going 100 mph to get to the slopes. They get extra credit I think if they ticket a BMW.
You're next customer, who else????........
coming back from bid today and i was in wife's van as the company truck's brakelights are bad,....and state trooper pulled me over and gives me ticket,....kind of bummed me out because that is why i was in her van in first place,...didn't want a ticket.i was all happy too about maybe getting this change-out,....things been running a little tight around here lately,........who's gonna pay for this??
