    OEMs are busy now then in the summer with deadlines to meet on the bigger tonnages tubes,teardowns and fluid changes leak checking..check them out

    After Christmas is absolutely the worst time in Ohio. Early Spring before all the coil cleaning begins on service contracts for sure. This is prime time.

    Find out what day pay day is for your prospects. Thats usually the same day people get fired. So always go in person on pay day at the end of the day. I repeat In person not email/calling/fb/twitter in Person.

    I'd guess it depends on what you do, fall Is a good time here when, that's when it's busy, I just got hired in January though but my new company is busy year round.

    When do most companies hire?

    I was just wondering when most service companies hired new people that would require some form of training? Mainly in the spring/summer months?
