I had to "lol" at this one.

All kiddin aside I like the ak900 so far I just hope my temp sensors don't snap like so many others here cause I think I just read someone said they snapped on their second service call since they got them .. Lol ouch that must suck !!!!

To the last posts that were hasty to jump on the gun ... No I'm not going to try to fix sthing that is brand new so I can break it and wait for a new one to be shipped in...regarding Doug he did call me back and he's awsome he was spot on and everything is well ... It was the allen screw on the side but I was still leaking so he didn't suggest nylog he told me leak lock between manifold and screw not manifold and digital head so I followed manufacturers recommendations and did so .... It works like a charm now .... To everyone else thank u for your replies this forum is awsome because it has knowledgeable and helpful people like u ... Thank u

I thought we are mechanics here.. look at the side port. there is a spot to put a allen key. find the correct allen key and snug it up.

that should fix your problem. if that dont work pop off the blue knob and tighten the ball valve underneath.

i had the same problem with mine when i got them. i did not need to call anyone to fix it.

So your not going to try troubleshooting it yourself until doug calls you back?

the problem that I found lies in the connection type. One is set up for a flare fitting while the other isn't

Well I don't want to sound like a nagger but when we buy a product that everybody praises to be top notch quality etc etc why do we have to sit here and change manifolds to try and troubleshoot a brand new product .... That kinda annoys me .... I left 2 voicemails and still no answer lets see the world class customer service at work cause as of right now all I'm getting is a voicemail...

If you cant figure it out. Just throw your old manifold on with the adaptors that came with it until you sort it out.

Sounds like the lowside valve needs to be checked. Mine loosend up and was venting out of the seal for some unknown reason. I pulled the knob and put a wrench on it and everything is kosher since.

I'm using the stock manifold it came with and I'm having internal leak the leak that I was having connecting to it was alleviated using red nylog I left a second message to digicool and no reply yet...... Most of the people swear by digicool customer service I guess I'll just wait for a reply ad keep u guys updated .... Does anyone have Doug's direct cell by any chance ? ;( I gotto to get this resolved I have 3 refrigeration calls today and I would love to put the digi"s to use

mine leaked a bit with nothing on the threads when pressure tested with nitro. Used a bit of teflon tape and haven't had an issue since.
What most are not saying is what manifold they are connecting it to.
Mine is connected to the supplied manifold.

lol at refferman and thank you for your reply both of u i used the red one and its not leaking at the joint anymore but now i have a new problem. since i just got them like a day ago i was testing them today i put nitro in my middle port with the low side handle at off closed possition. my low side started increasing at .25 psig increments all the way to 50 -60 psig and it kept going while the high side stays stable at 0 psig. this leads me to believe there is an internal leak at the manifold. then whith pressure in middle port i opened the low side handle and the gauge correctly shows 150 psig of nitro. i close the low side valve and now it starts going down at .50 psig increments . i dont know what to say and i dont know if anyone else has that issue. i contacted digicool and left a message to brenda hopefully they call me back because i hagte having to trouble shoot new toys that i was anxciously waiting for. it was a tight choice for me between the testo or digicool and i picked digicool due to the reliability and accuracy. i hope they dont dissapoint me. ill have to wait till brenda or doug get back to me i guess.

It don't matter which one you use. Be the same as pissing in the Atlantic Ocean as to making any difference.

I used the red. It is so small of an amount it really does not matter.

i used nylog the first time which had no leaks under nitro

used yellow gas teflon tape 2nd time which didnt leak either
