Do you still need PSI, etc? I have the big ZIP file from Schneider with all the legacy software and documentation.

They really are. I'm down to only one site that is truly NW8000. But the old MZ's live on many sites with the WebZone card upgrade. Yep...bullet proof. Wish they still still made them like that.
Getting really off track...The BC old red control's and gear tranes from the '60 are still putting along. Kick myself when I see a date code as old as I AM.

The GCM and MZ2’s are bulletproof. People don’t replace them because they failed. They replace them because they want new features

I matched the networks, and then uploaded the 144:Network 8000 part of the tree as well. So far it seems to be liking it better. I just got to 'put blocks to device' on the PANEL LOAD screen. Crossing my fingers.

Get into the install data in the system part of the tree and make sure the network number matches whatever the old GCM was. If it’s not network 1 and you haven’t changed it that’s probably what’s stoping it.

Tree tech is the software. I think the whole data base is backed up. I dont see the file extensions for the GCM. For the LCM the exported file is a .GDF File. Both files were made using Tree Tech

So I have finally uploaded the software from my old system and have the files on an OLD Laptop.
Now I need to download the files to the used GCM, It came already factory reset from the vendor on ebay. Now I just cant seem to get it to download my database into the used/new GCM Unit? I have been working on it for a week now and have exhausted all I know.
    HELP!

Do you have to Upload each drop down in the Tree tech Software?
    Example
    144:NETWORK 8000
    GCM_01:BARBER-COLMAN

    Then Export the LCM?

I've successfully used a program by Schneider called 'Run Tree' to upload and download a GCM on windows 10. I think you have to upload first before you can download back into the GCM though, If you're trying to reload a backup or something it may not work for you.
I couldn't get nudl to work with win10
