They are no big deal to setup. No doctorate in JCIism needed. One thing that may come back to bite ya though. If you are bringing these into PMI via a model. Double check your engineering values are correct in models. For example OCCUPIED and UNOCCUPIED are reversed from conventional JCI thinking. Not a big deal if you catch it, but something to think about before you map back a hundred of them and Unoccupied turns stuff on. The McQuay UV's are really slick and easy to integrate with a FX-40 with N2 or Lon Card options or a combination of both.
The MT-2, if it has an N2 card can be added to your network as an N2 open VND device. Get the long McQuay model # off the unit ID tag and contact McQuay, they'll let you know the proper VCT file needed to map up your points. Good Luck

I care not to go into anymore details about possible known issues. We tie into Microtechs all the time, mostly UVs.

Thanks The Microtech II board is a custom N30 made by JC, with a bunch of I/O and the N2 bus for expansion boards. McQuay wrote the RTU application code, which is not accessable to System Tools. You can use CMS to change IP's and delete the Site$ object but thats about it. I have used Project Builder to add trend points, but McQuay was not happy about that. Never tried adding an N2 device. Be careful if you mess up the N30 database, McQuay will have to download the unit. Years ago we asked JCI for access to this product. The response was why do you want an Ethernet controller with I/O and controller bus for? York used the same board with different Application code for a few years.
