Dual run caps are the norm for all brands. Apply for pro membership. Then you can get more technical answers in the pro tech forums.

What do you mean by "am not surprised at"? The use of dual capacitors is very common practice amongst many manufacturers, no harm. It is 2 run caps in one can.
