well of course one must practice everything they do. I think daily is best, however to really get it down it may be necessary to throw in more then one practice session a day.
... that may not be such a bad thing though. And never forget practice makes perfect.

True, thoroughly investigating all techniques available when dealing with headers is probably the best way to become the best at handling them.
Sometimes it's good to thoughrly cover headers. Sometimes even multiple times. To the point that as soon as you get off you want to get right back on again.
I think we already covered headers in chapter one of this book.
