Small amounts of scanned or pdf format info are sent all the time around here. For an entire manual, a call to your Trane parts supplier of choice and a credit card number generally works well.

For starters the ctv teardown guide for CVHF is 28 meg. To big for most email.
Boy they are going to bust your balls for sure, surprised it hasn't happened yet.
