Probably a going out of business sale judging by the stock levels at my local branch in the last couple months. At one point they did not even have any manifold hoses in stock for weeks. Lol

Sounds like he wants to be 1st in line for Tuesday. Those are great prices , I need to check and see if they have it offered up here as well, local store had a lot of clearance items recently but was supposedly just clearing overstock items for this branch.
