I did 12 racks on super Bowl Sunday, 3 of the 12 racks were from Costco and other 9 from Cash n Carry.
The Cash n Carry baby back ribs definitely had more meat on them, but Costcos already had the membrane peeled.
Not that big a deal to peel membrane, hard to go wrong with either store.
we had leftovers for three nights. They were so Da** good, I could eat them every night.

The other guys told me how to do it. Remove the membrane. Rub with spices, wrap in foil, pour in half a can of beer before sealing. Turn occasionally as they set in the fridge over night.

Next day grill sealed foil package for 25 mins on one side and then 25 mins on the other. Remove from foil. Smoke in the smoker for an hour or so. Hit with BBQ sauce during the last 10 mins.

I don't like a lot of sauce slopped all over them, Just a little.

We do as well. I do not have a pic of the finished product but here they are rubbed with Adkins and Brown Sugar. Pic of my Bubba Keg and about half way through the cook......

    Costco baby backs

We love the costco baby backs- "Swift" brand. Thay are very meaty and the quality is excellent. And when we are done with them they are delicious.

I'm all pumped up now for our next "Family rib dinner get together".

Costco consistently has the some of the best meat. I almost always buy my ribs there. And FWIW, try a mix of hickory and cherry wood. 50/50 mix.

Awhile back there was a whole tread about baby back ribs on this forum.
This is were I learned how to cook them. Do a search.

I buy my ribs at Aldi's. They cost 3.49 a lb. The membrane is still on them but I use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab that slippery sucker and she pulls right off.

I did 2 racks this last weekend on my Big Steel Keg AKA Bubba KEG. Smoked them with hickory.

    Costco baby back ribs...

Anyone tried these on a grill/smoker? Have heard positive things about them as they remove the membrane for ya.

Looking at throwing some on my PK grill this weekend.

    Thanks!
