Not unless you have Win Monitor software

McQuay monitors the 5.0VDC in case a sensor shorts and drags the voltage down. This would mean none of the sensors or transducers wouls be reading correctly so they initiate a shut down. More that likely, you will have to replace the 280 processor. Good news is you can get a rebuilt but make sure you tell them to load the software you have or it will come empty.

A lot of times it's just the nature of power utility switching, and the control sees a funny cycle while it's running.

I'm not sure what the dates were for the switch from 100 to the 200/280 panel.
I know our outfit has a 200 from 1995, and three 200 panels installed as updates in 1998.

I found some of those red connectors. They came in the mail today. They are the same. No white cover though. I got them at Mouser Electronics

    Way to go!

I always liked the 200 panel.
Still have 4 of them on the hoof.

the 100 panel has blue read out, only one pressure transducer (oil). one line of display. 200 panel has several lines of display.

The one I'm working on was started in 95. That would make it a microtech 100, correct?

Hey in the process of same failure right now. If its a microtech 100 it could be several things..... it gets it current sensing from dc/dc converter there is a svc. bullitin out stating to install 10mfd capacitor across dc/dc converter for certain vintage, or possibly be bad or failing MCR's or fault or failing Aux contact on M2 contactor. I recently spoke w/ stickerhead about this and he maybe suggested that it could be a faulty or failing relay on relay board for unit start/stop or if it has a phase monitor possibly there..ours is failing intermittently and watch it with no problems and I can not reproduce it when i'm on site. good luck...

R404 sorry not trying to change subject..
