    Is that second tee another stub? LOL 3" of armaflex, even if it had been installed correct that trap would drip steadily. Maybe inspector was having an off day.

    You would think that if two guys installed the unit, one of them should have been able to figure it out. Just follow those installers around, I''m sure there's got to be plenty more like that.

    Main drain pain.

    Ran across this pic which is about 4 years old.
    The customer called and said the a/c would quit cooling soon after it was worked on.
    The house was new, inspected by the city, and they had the original company out three times for the same problem.

    I saw the problem when I stuck my head in the attic.
    Aux pan switch was turning the system off, and I guess the company would clean the pan out on every trip. Hard to imagine... I just don't have words for this.













    Amazing!
