Side Business ? Just wondering if anyone out there knows if you can open a HVAC company without having a contractors license in Ohio.... I seen somewhere that you don't need a contractors license to have a handyman service as long as your not doing work that requires a permit, was wondering if that would include repairing HVAC systems? And before I hear it from some of you... this business will in no way compete with or take customers from my current employer. Thanks for any help.
