I would agree with garyed. What stat is it.You also could have a short in stat wire.
Sounds like its either wired wrong , you're using the wrong t-stat or not set up right.
HELP! New Lennox heat pump. New installation. 5 ton 14hpx060, cbx27uh -060, and ecb29 heat pack. Problem #1 fan won't turn off - replaced t stay, relay and heat pack. Checked for shorted r to g. Problem #2 heat pump engages in heat mode after t stat satisfied . Lost and frustrated
