    I fail to see the problem?

    You sure the homeowner did that? I'd like to send him some baleing wire so her can tidy it up but I used it all for holding up flex duct!

    In this case DYI would have to stand for "Do Yourself In"

    I could swear i have seen pictures just like these on this site before, only it was 2 panels side-by-side with heavy gauge feeders running between them.

    No its gotta be north georgia. Thats probably one of those lil gems of a house that started out as a travel trailer. 3 additions later hes saying to his friends that you cant even tell. Lol
