No, it let's them know someone is watching. I have no problem with people being honest, not just with me but with themselves.

No ill will to you RickyBobby, best of luck. If you go with markets, you won't regret it until you have a family

a new guy here has to have some skill at back-pedalling if they're gonna get straight answers to some of their questions.
familiarity breeds contempt in some circles.

this type of question/answer slash..."interrigation" is the means for intimidating people from asking honest questions.

I dont care if a guy acts like he knows it all, we all know he dont. And as far as a man posing as someone who knows more than he does... well... who is here who doesnt have a manager who thinks he knows more than you do?

Anyone here want to volunteer to say his boss dont think they know more than you do... in EVERY AREA OF ENDEAVOR???

in other words, they claim you dont know NUTHIN they dont know more about themselves and know better about it too!!!

    Rick,

The more aggressive that you are ...the better. Good people are tough to find but you must make sure you are there when the door is open.

    Good Luck BUD!

Sorry RickyBobby, is this your quote from that thread:

I find a suction and liquid header feeding branching off into two seperate circuits one feeding the egg cooler w/i and the other feeding the meat cooler w/i. well the egg cooler has an EPR valve on the suction line. But the egg nor meat cooler do not have there own seperate solinoid valve. The solinoid valve is located outside on the main liquid line next to the compressor and is controlled by the meat coolers thermostat. But the only thing controlling temp in the egg cooler is the EPR valve. yea this is kind of strange never seen anything like it before don't know if any of you guys have seen this before and what should I do to bring the temp of the egg cooler down a bit just adjust the EPR valve. Thanks
You are playing it off like you are a seasoned tech

Then you reply to another tech as follows:

Unless it was on defrost or somthing but who knows. The manager I spoke to today said there is nothing wrong he doesn't even know why they called us out haha.
Now go stock my tortillas, I'm hungry

Why are you passing yourself off as a tech if you stock supermarkets? I would go to that market co that sevices your store and ask if they need a grunt.

Well actually i do some there and the mecanics do teach me some things when they show up haha. But throwing groceries around isn't my kind of thing im more of a mechanical person.
