We have used a company called Tempcon many times. Just google them. Jim is a great instructor.

Business of Energy management

A good (if not old) starting point is a book called
"The Business of Energy Management", Doing it right and making money at it.

Search Amazon for a old copy as it is out of production.

It covers the entire DDC business cycle, and I use it as a training tool for
the business owners that I mentor. Some of the stuff is out dated, but the concepts are valid, and tons of samples relating on how to get started in this business.

Be prepared to step into a very agressive business climate, and you may want to make sure you, or your staff are very computer and network savy, your're going to need to be.

Many HVAC commercial contractors dable in this field, and drive project pricing sometimes to below cost because they are clueless on how to execute and this makes for a interesting market place.

University of Wisconsin, Madison has some good DDC courses. Pretty generic as in not a specific line.

Welcome to the site first off !!!

This would be a great start here, but you're going to have to look at you're customer base and those that you are pursuing in order to answer that question in it's entirety.

There is a search feature on the site as a whole that maybe able to help out as well,,, as there is countless threads asking the same question.

IMO, the time has come/is soon to where a commercial tech will have to know some basic DDC to do their job (.)
