I also know what to expect in the morning by the amount I consume whereas with other blends I might feel great or might feel yucky.

Trying another new one. From Coors Whiskey Co in Colorado. 95 proof Smooth with a hint of sweet on the front end and a very slight bite on the back end.

Well. The Mrs. Made some mimosa's so I indulged. Then I'm on my 4th beer. Smoking 3 racks of ribs and a small brisket. The brisket was 25%off at the restraunt supply. Figured a 10 lb'er for $30 ain't half bad. Gonna be a long night.

I finished the trim work after his death a few years ago.
