Pannell's # is 1-800-870-4552 ask for Jim Dugan. He can check on the parts for you. Give him a call he's a pretty good guy.

I know what you mean...I work for a medium sized school system.....they don't like to replace anything

Sent you a e-mail with a manual. Hope it'll help you out. http://www.toastmastercorp.com web site say's fryer is obsolete and manual has been discontinued.
i have a toastmaster fryer model number 1435 in one of the kitchens in our school system. i am needing info and a parts manual for it does anyone know if there is a web site that has this info. thanks in advance for all of your help.
