I would check to see if the springs in the torque coupler where broke before I went and started adjusting headlands.

CHRIS72, the machines don't have to have a computer hooked up to them to inspect them.

As for his manual has something related to the engineer menu?

Already looked at the hd shake? Here in Brazil we use HD2500 and Viscosity 4.2A. If I put more than these settings is noisy.

Check your torque coupling.

Thanks, I'll be starting at that store on Monday to figure out why the OJ machine is making noises only in the morning. Since I will be there I'll look at the shake side while there

May be time to put your gauges on it. Suction on shake is 38 to 40 soft serve is 20 to 22. Make shire that the suction pressure does not rise above 50 when the machine cycles off. If it. Does than you may have a leaky check valve in the axv or bad valves in the compressor causing hot gas to flood into barrel and melt the mix. Make shure that your glycol heater is not stuck on.

I'll have to look at it monday morning, as the day goes on the mix gets soft.

I am in in-house tech for McDonald's, I just started in January so I haven't had ahole lot of training on this machine other that doing the PM service on it. The compressor is shutting off and don't get a error at all, just the mix is to soft for the shake side.

Taylor C602 Soft Serve

My work has a Taylor C602 Soft Serve machine that is making the shake side to soft to serve, the manual says when that happens the syrups need calberated, but have done that 3 times, but haven't changed the thickness of the shake side.

The air filter is cleaned, the condenser coil is clean, scraper blades look close to new, there is a minmum 3" air space on all sides, and they have not outdrawn the capacity of the freezing cylinder.

Just wondering on what else there is that can be done to figure out what is going on with the machine.
