It may be a good truck but it is very hard on the eyes. That thing is just ugly. They could have made the front end a lot better looking.

In 2014 Chevy will have a rebadge Nissan to compete with the Ford transit connect.

FORD is also redesigning the TRANSIT CONNECT into a slightly bigger van than the current version for 2014.

To go along with the new large MODEL TRANSIT replacing the current E Model vans

No you cant stand up in a transit connect. But I have found that the rear is compact enough that I can reach everything without getting into the van.

Can you stand up in the back in those? I have seen them and they look to be tall. Ford is also making one called the transit (not "transit connect", just "transit")which is a full sized van that looks cool. If you get the high roof version you can easily stand up in the back. I like vans but that is my biggest gripe, having to hunch over inside of them. At least with a truck, I can easily access what I need.

as far as gauges, most are accurate in the middle part of their scale......using 410 gauges for 22 could cause you to read anywhere from 3-10psi off. also be sure you calibrate your gauges.
Sorry, I assumed the gauges I was seeing did both 410 and r22- ( the gauges I have both scales on them--) But the office gave us 2 sets, one for 410 one for r22- They were afraid of contamination of one type to the other-- but they do read both types of refrig-

** no offense taken... im just trying to learn properly

I notice most if not all of you carry 2 sets of gauges- Is one a spare or do you use one for r-22 and one for 410?? Our company just started to do ac work and some guys are saying you shouldn't use one for both types-
We are all very green at this and have no "pro" within the company to rely on for proper information- They sent us to a EPA cert class then threw us to the wolves--
We are just doing residential- no commercial stuff-

Factory springs are junk though. They are a single composite leaf spring. I replaced them with a 6 pack spring package which works much better.

Anyone take a look at the Ford Transit Van coming out next year? http://www.ford.com/commercial-trucks/transit/2014/ They claim with the high roof version, a 6'5" person can stand up in the cargo area. That would make having a van much nicer instead of being hunched over like Igor every time you get something from the van.
