Door not getting closed properly was the big one.
Fans sticking (freezing) when shut down for a few minutes then coil freezes up when the door is closed.
Moisture at the switch causing it to either stay open or closed
When the switch was removed there was no more problems.

Had a door switch on a freezer (3 phase condensing unit) that only killed power to LLS and evap fans. Caused more problems than it was worth. Door curtain and jackets for the workers is the best.

Walk In Fan,LLS off timers.

Had a WIF down for the count last night. No power to clock located at condensor. Found L1 power dead. L2 L3 still hot. Digital Time clock wired to L1 and L2. So of course it isn't running. Go to breaker panel. Breakers outputting 208v. WTF, maybe my wires busted. Climb up on top of walk in. Notice condensor power ran to jbox before heading up to roof penetration. Opened box and find L1 heading down to a door timer switch then it comes back up to the condensor. Well, theres my problem. The switch is not closing. By passed switch. And she's off and running. Anybody else run into this? Be aware. And don't wire a new time clock and contactor to L2 and L3. It may single phase the compressor when the resturant worker turns the door switch.
