Use existing back support under HE, use new bolt that comes with new unit. Most come with inducer and gas valve if ordered. 1 guy for 4 hours, 1 guy for 8 hours.No crane needed to remove and replace, may be needed to get new unit on roof .
2 guys, 1 for 4 hours and 1 for 8 .No crane needed to install , maybe to get on the roof.
