    Use existing back support under HE, use new bolt that comes with new unit. Most come with inducer and gas valve if ordered. 1 guy for 4 hours, 1 guy for 8 hours.No crane needed to remove and replace, may be needed to get new unit on roof .

    Trane YCD300 gas pack heat exchanger

    I will change the heat exchanger in a Trane YCD300 gas pack.Please post any experiences or suggestions you have about this.I would really like to know if you employed a crane service for the removal and replacement of the heat exchanger.Thank you
