Thermocouple was not making a good contact…I also recalibrate all my tools...
I replaced the compressor. Unit has been running without any problems since then.

    Thank your feedback.

I was using a calibrated SMAN3. The Clamp may have been loose .

If your customer wants to pay for it, go right ahead. Otherwise hope for the best. As far as the SH, first I'd calibrate your thermometer and gauges because somethings not right. You're telling us you essentially have a 70degree suction line at the pump? That pump won't last long and I'm surprised the unit is cooling like you say it is.

And of course a 90*f Super Heat is bad... Could contaminates cause a high super heat?

Compressor manufactures call for 20 – 40*f SH at the compressor to prevent damage.

Self contained RI freezer. All the time u took to fiddle and think about it you could have pulled charge evacuated and weighed the exact proper charge in. Not picking but I never guess on charge on RIs when the charge weight is on the data plate. Just saying

I am not sure if I was clear or not… but the unit is operating normal since I have serviced it (About 4 days ago).

    Forget SC with a receiver.
Clear the SG and adjust the SH
