    He visually went out and saw the job beforehand, does he need measurements at that point, plus it's mostly flex.

    Sorry, but that job is a no brainer.

    Ya, the stupid thing is he took a day and a half to do it and it is 80% flex.

    I think I'm making the mistake again of thinking that others can do as I do. Guess it's time to strap on my toolbelt again.

    Maybe the 10 years is getting to him, maybe he wanted pictures of the appliances. This is at the most a half day jod with one man. Looks pretty easy to me.

    I think this is good enough?

    My guy was complaining that I didn't give him a good enough drawing to install this straightforward gas piping job. He has over 10 years in the trade and shouldn't even really need a drawing as he was able to stop by there and pre-inspect it himself the night before.
