    Beef or Chicken, Gr peppers, onion and pineapple. Put veggies in pineapple juice and marinate while meat is marinating seperately.

    I oil the grill well and oil the kebabs as well to prevent sticking.

    I prefer the metal skewers as well.

    Cinnamon..?? Hmmm.

    when you use pre cooked shrimp you need a fast veggie.....this can be achieved by an acid marinade..(citrus)

    if you coat your pineapple in Cinnamon....you will be pleasantly surprised.

    Anyway the whole trick to Kabobs is marinate and sauce...

    How do you make them?

    I like chicken, beef, pineapple, fresh mushrooms, and shrimp (pre cooked)

    Do you cook them seperatly then put them on the sticks? Or cook it all together on the sticks?

    Grilled is the way I like my food.
