It's not to much to ask, but why? Aside from the obvious outrageous comedic statments that, if a wife were to take serious, then there is another issue there. I think wives are coming out ahead. Clearly most here give them what they want, need and more. My wife really did read this post and she laughed so hard it hurt. Actually, I may need those air bags now! LOL. Good news is she knows I'm in here doing guy stuff with guys and not trying to hook up with Ms Bewbie at my space cadet dot com. Bewbie, my new favorite word.

Aw come on, how many times do you respond with "Well if that were me I would of done it like this..." or "what you should of said was...I would have!" I seldom give her more than sarcastic remarks for a laugh anyways, but I always got something to say. Truthfully, 90 % of those types of conversation is about work. She only has 4 years in County, I have my whole life. Dad was County and I got 13 where I'm at. She can't believe half the crap I tell her about the differences between private and County. Till it happens and she tells me about it. The other 10% is about...um I forget. Thats sarcasm

Not from you anyway. But try showing a little respect. Too much to expect ? I think not.

OK, I fed, her, talked to her, and just finished f***in' her so I can play now. It's my night off! She says to say hi to all the boyz! So Hi Boyz! You know I forgot about the video. I will work on it tomorow. I went to do it the other day and played wiht it a bit and wouldn't you know the batteries on the camera died. With NO attachment, just a 3/4 inch hole, the dang thing launched at least 50 feet. That is what I would call super soaker. It might just knock a kid off his feet. I did it again with one of the fittings for a 1/4" hose and sucker doubled it's range and lasted for about half a minute I'm guessing. Proof is on the way.
You backstroke so well I'd bet you could outrun a jet ski broa. Anyway,.. I gotcha, say no more, comunication is complete.
duchie you are some funny arsed son of a gun nicely done
Nice one Bennie, now you have to arrange double air fairs for the Holland America line if the miss-is is coming to.
A few years ago my wife was a bit jealous about me being with you guys all the time. Then Dice invented the "Convention" and some of the members and the ladies came together for a fun time. Now she knows what if going on and she ask how so&so is doing. I say, "I'm going to talk with the boys now." When I get off the computer she asks 'how are the boys doing?' So my advice is to bring your wife to the convention and you'll live happily ever after. http://hvac-talk.com/vbb/showthread.php?threadid=103644 [Edited by benncool on 05-30-2006 at 09:05 AM]

I looked around once and found she wasn't there anymore and I realized I don't really care. I got my own things to do and she has hers, course we been married for over 30 yrs so I guess we don't have to have constant contact or reassurances like newlyweds do. That sounds cool. We are similar. We have our own things to do now. I come home on weekdays and spend time with her only to find that we hate watching each others programs, we cannot be in the kitchen at the same time and we definetly cannot hold a conversation more than 30 minutes with out it either boring me to death or me giving her advice on what she should have done! I learned a long time ago that sometimes less is more. When we go out, we have a great time and talk and BS. We are on the phone a hundred times a day. She always takes care of my lunch and walks me out to the car and pats me on the tucker while I go off to work. She does the laundry and dishes like its a friggin drug man. At home, we stay out of each others way. This works great with my DAD too. The less he sees me the more brilliant and talented he thinks I am. As soon as he sees me for more than a week we cand stand each other. Thats when the vacation ends.

Holy Crap. I walked away for one day and this thread took off. I knew it would probably get hits but I had no idea! I guess I asked for it but ideally I was trying to open the door to hear from you guys and how your wives deal with this site. Like some one said, 25000 posts! WOW! Another guy said 67 aint indicative of time spent on this site. I've only been here a few months or so and am in the growth and learning stages of this industry with regard to starting an HVAC business and I read ALOT! This site has a staggering ability to answer questions. I don't like asking questions like some guys do without searching first to find out if the question got answered 1000 friggin times already! Seems this thread took on an assumption of being whipped. Trust me, not the case. My wife is cracking up behind me right now. I don't if it is because she is happy to be the topic of so much BS, or because she knows she is half owner of the business that she will run from home and not have to go back to her current POS job or because of this statement. Originally posted by workhorse Originally posted by RoBoTeq The amount of posts may not be indicative of how much time a person spends on this forum, other then Dice with his absurd 25,000 posts....what a loser! Anyway, women are jealous creatures that do not want to see their man paying attention to anything more then themselves. You are going to have to figure out ways to pretend to pay more attention to her or you are going to have to be more dominant, like I am, and tell her to go away......and don't come back without food and drink. LOL!!!!! Oh my God, I almost lost it there! Hey wait a second I said the same thing a few years ago and haven't seen her since. Oh well, gives me more time on the computer. My wife is the best bar tending, knob pollishing, grub makin, back rubbing, hormon factory in the world. And she came back with FOOD AND BEER!!! Question should have been: What do you do when your wife b!tches about you spending too much time here. After F***ing her and taking her out to dinner and listening to the useless garbage she thinks you want to hear about her friggin day?
John you crack me up its true though Secondly I'd say wife why don't you get all dolled up -you know the way I like it and we will have at it. She will say your not romantic any more! My reply would be well you ain't putting out like you used too either so I'd say we are even.
Whatever you do , don't get her a computer. She be obssesed with some ******* in another country. God I've been away from here too long!

Hmmmmm, just thinking; if we incorporate those lifelike blowup dolls with a laptop....gotta go! Ain't that the truth. Women are witty creatures as well. They think up acid remarks like, "If that computer had a hole in it you would fu*k it."
