That pond will be full of hooker bones before you know it.
Like a Stephen King and Peter Benchly type collaboration. Fish that rise from the dead and attack you. No dumber than most of the stuff on the big screen now.
Fish Cemetery Sounds like a possible book and movie deal.
Fish Cemetery
I was told by the outfit that sold me the stuff for this project that a pond like that, installed goes for between $8-10K. I did it for $3K. My wife said, oh when you are slow you can do this as another career. I said that was and is, my first and last pond. That is hard work ya know, for an old guy like me??
The pond looks pretty nice Dice. So, You thinking of getting into this as a side job? (seven pages on ponds in an HVAC forum....LOL)
POUNDMASTER OF THE YEAR??? You just opened a can of worms for yourself.
The shed in the back under the trees should be a nice spot to start the fish cemetery.
My wife has already named the fish......... I will protect my pond with my trusty Red Rider if need be.
Re: spillways from marsh pit Originally posted by Diceman You can be mindful of what you put on that lawn from now on and hope the neighbor does the same with his. Or don't bond too closely with the fish and give them names and that sort of stuff. The interesting thing to watch will be the birds so you should put a feeder off to the side. They will drink in the top part, take a crap and will want something to eat. With the fish and the birds this will be like a small Disney World for cats. You like cats?
Re: spillways from marsh pit
That will also make short time visitors out of the fish.
he uses this for the hill
Re: spillways from marsh pit Originally posted by Diceman Hey Dice, Who mows your lawn like that on the side of the hill? Looks like you could roll your mower over And don't tell me you use a pushmower.
I will......just for you.
