They all do stupid stuff. But some are just plain crooks. "Sure its "open" Oh..sorry thats another 50k .....for the open solution you thought you already bought.

That is partially true - have you checked the engenuity website? They sell some of TAC controllers. What product line is he after? Tell him to call his nearest local dealer first and if he can't get satisfaction from that he should be able to call corporate and get an answer there. We only rep the Vista and INET lines. The customer is in for a rude awakening when he finds out it is empty and he can't program it!
First option: ask TAC who his local partner is and get a phone number Second option: Ebay NOTE: Option 2 carries risks same as all Ebay transactions Third option: I work for a TAC partner in Wisconsin, email in my profile if you can't get any satisfaction any other way. Good luck!
