    It could be ,if they sell high end products .If the sell low end the sale will be less,and the the 8% will be too.

    High end ,other then gas ,takes no longer to install then a builders model,sometimes less.

    We pay $X for changeouts ,based on the tasks required and job conditions,good installers can make very good money.

    8% for changeouts

    My brother was offered a job installing residential equipment for a pretty big company.The company is going to take out taxes and pay his insurance 100% for family coverage.But he will have to split the 8% with his helper.I have not ever worked and been paid like that. If he can do one or two a day seems like he could make pretty good money. Does this sound like a good offer?
